FAQ
Flat-fee family law Advice & Counsel, virtual across New Jersey questions
Still have questions? Call us any day and ask.
Does Advice & Counsel mean Danielle represents me in court?
No. Unless separately agreed in writing, Advice & Counsel clients remain responsible for managing their own case, including court filings, statutory deadlines, service of process and personal court appearances.
Do I need a retainer?
No. Advice & Counsel is paid one service at a time, and the flat fee is confirmed before the session starts. Full representation is different: that starts with a free 30-minute consultation where fees are discussed.
